Ansarullah Congratulates Lebanon on Historic Victory, Praises Popular Support for Resistance

The Political Bureau of Ansarullah has congratulated Lebanon and Hezbollah on the historic victory over the Israeli enemy, praising the popular support base of the Islamic resistance for its endurance and sacrifices.

Hawzah News Agency- In a statement issued on Friday, the bureau said the Zionist entity suffered a humiliating defeat and failed to achieve its declared objectives, adding that its military prestige had been shattered in the face of Hezbollah’s resilience.

The statement noted that heavy losses in personnel and equipment forced the Israeli enemy to accept a ceasefire in Lebanon, describing this outcome as a direct result of sustained resistance operations.

Ansarullah’s Political Bureau further characterized the development as one of the major outcomes of the “unity of fronts” stretching from Palestine to Iran, Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq. It stressed that the position of the axis of jihad and resistance was decisive, with military responses exceeding expectations and compelling adversaries to agree to a comprehensive ceasefire across multiple fronts, including Iran.

The statement emphasized that the latest round of confrontation reaffirms the effectiveness of the resistance strategy, asserting that submission leads only to loss and humiliation, while steadfastness yields tangible victories.

US President Donald Trump announced the ceasefire during a White House address on Thursday, saying the truce would take effect at midnight Lebanon time.

A Lebanese parliamentarian from the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc confirmed that a ceasefire will begin Thursday night, describing the agreement as the result of Iranian diplomatic efforts.

Hassan Fadlallah, a member of the Lebanese parliament, said Iranian authorities will monitor US compliance with its commitments under the agreement, adding that the resumption of Iran-US negotiations is contingent upon the implementation of these commitments.

Fadlallah also stressed that Hezbollah’s adherence to the ceasefire depends on a complete halt to the enemy’s aggressive actions against the Lebanese people.

Hours after Iran and the United States announced a ceasefire ending 40 days of aggression against the Islamic Republic, the Israeli regime violated the truce last Wednesday by launching devastating strikes on civilian areas across Lebanon.

The cessation of attacks on all fronts, including in Lebanon, was one of the key points of the 10-point Iranian proposal that was initially accepted by the American side.

In response, the Hezbollah resistance movement has carried out a series of retaliatory strikes, targeting multiple Israeli military and strategic installations.
